We developed Volvo Roadside Assistance Plus because we believe our drivers deserve the highest form of vehicle protection available. That’s why your complimentary Volvo Roadside Assistance Plus membership starts when you purchase your new or Certified By Volvo vehicle.*
Our roadside provider will deliver fuel, change a flat tire, provide a lockout service, or perform a battery jump to allow you to proceed to your destination.
In the event of an emergency, whether a mechanical disablement or traffic accident, we’ll arrange a tow to the nearest Volvo retailer or Certified Volvo Collision Repair Facility.
You can initiate roadside assistance and track the entire experience on your mobile device in a seamless integration through our Volvo Cars app** with 24/7/365 support.
Lockout Assistance provides entry to your vehicle when you do not have the keys or access to the Volvo Cars app**.
If your Volvo becomes disabled due to mechanical failure more than 80 km from home, you will be reimbursed up to a total of $1,000 for local meals and lodging, vehicle rental, and commercial transportation to your destination. If the disablement is less than 80 km from home you will be reimbursed up to a max. of $100 towards alternative transportation.
If you’re stuck or need help getting back on the road, we’ll send the proper equipment to get you on your way.
Even after your warranty has expired, your vehicle is still eligible for Volvo Roadside Assistance. In the event of vehicle disablement, we will arrange to have your car towed to the nearest authorized Volvo retailer within a 50-km radius.¹ No registration is required, simply call your customer support team to request a tow.
