If after placing an order you need to change or update any information you have provided us, such as your contact details or personal details, contact Customer Care and inform us about the changes.
Changing your VolvoID or any details in your Volvo profile will not automatically update these details on your order.
For a change of address that requires a service partner change, please also contact Customer Care. Depending on where your car is in the delivery journey, we may or may not be able to change this.
