Specific software available on the Site

Any software that may be downloaded from the Site ("the Software") is the copyrighted work of Volvo Cars and/or its licensors.

The use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, that accompanies or is included with the Software ("the Licence Agreement"). Unless otherwise provided in the Licence Agreement, the Software is available for download solely for use by end users. In addition, unless otherwise provided in the Licence Agreement, the Software may be used solely for the purpose for which it is made available on the Site. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software in violation of the Licence Agreement is expressly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

The warranty for the Software, if any, is provided only in accordance with the terms of the Licence Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly provided in the Licence Agreement, Volvo Cars hereby disclaims any and all warranties with respect to the Software, including any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for any purpose, right of ownership and non-infringement.
