The terms of use of this website are worded in masculine gender for reasons of convenience only but naturally also apply to women.

The images, specifications and data on this website are general and are not to be assigned to a specific model or market. The equipment appearing in them is not necessarily standard equipment and is not necessarily included in the vehicle price.

The information displayed on this page includes, inter alia, information provided by the vehicle manufacturer. There may be certain variations between the information appearing on this page and the information relevant to the vehicles sold in Israel.

The manufacturer and Mayer reserve the right to amend or change data and prices without advance notice.

Mayer does not guarantee that all the links appearing on the website will be correct and will redirect you to an active website. Mayer is allowed to remove from the website links that have been included in it previously or refrain from adding new links, at its absolute discretion. Finding on this website a link to a certain website does not constitute confirmation of the information on that website being complete, reliable, current or truthful.

Privacy on the Mayer Ltd. website

Some of the services on the website require registration. Within the registration, you will be required to provide personal information such as your name and email address. Mayer will use this personal information only according to the privacy policy set forth in the Mayer privacy policy document or as required by law. The information is kept according to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

Mayer takes reasonable steps to secure the said information and its use. However, Mayer cannot secure the information and communication systems in a manner that will completely prevent unauthorised hacking and prohibited use of information. Mayer will not assume any liability in cases of disclosure and use of information that is saved in its databases due to hacking by unauthorised parties.

Mayer will not provide your personal information to third parties unless it is required to do so by a judicial order, or if threatened with legal action (civil or criminal) owing to acts that you have committed on the website. In these cases, Mayer will be allowed to give your information to the party claiming to be harmed as a result of your actions on the website or according to the court's instructions.

Any transaction that is concluded following an advertisement or information posted on the website will be finalised between you and the relevant advertiser. Mayer is not a party to any such transaction and it will not assume liability for services and goods that are offered in advertisements posted on the website or purchased through them.

Purchasing of products

Mayer may show on the website, at its discretion, various products that may be purchased through the website or by using third party services.

Changes on the website and termination of the service

Mayer does not guarantee that the website services will not be interrupted, will be provided regularly and nonstop, will occur safely and without errors, and will be immune to unauthorised access of Mayer's computers or damage, breakdown, malfunctions or failures in hardware, software, communication lines and systems, at Mayer's premises or at any of its providers.

Law and jurisdiction

Only the laws of the State of Israel will apply to the use of the website.

The site of exclusive jurisdiction for any thing or matter arising from this Agreement or the website is the competent courts in the Tel Aviv and Central Districts in Israel.
