- Volvo Car Corporation, (50090 HB3S, 405 31 Gothenburg, Sweden, registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office under registration number 556074-3089) acts as a tied insurance intermediary of Helvetia Global Solutions Ltd, (Äulestrasse 60, 9490 Vaduz, Principality of Liechtenstein, registered with the Liechtenstein Commercial Register under registration number FL-0002.191.766-9). Volvo Car Corporation is acting for and on behalf of Helvetia Global Solutions Ltd, an insurance undertaking licensed by the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein.
- Volvo Car Corporation provides advice regarding the Extended Warranty Insurance sold via the Volvo Cars application. Volvo Car Corporation does not provide advice on the basis of an impartial and personal analysis.
- If we do not give the standard of service you expect, or if you think we have made a mistake, please let us know so we can investigate, put matters right and take steps to prevent it happening again. You can do this by contacting our Customer Relations Centre. You find the contact information on Volvocars.com, in your terms and conditions or in the Volvo Cars app. If You are not satisfied with our answer and/or action to Your complaint for any reason, You are entitled to file Your complaint at FIN-NET by filling out FIN-NET's form for cross-border complaints form for cross-border complaints and by sending the form to either:
- the FIN-Net member of Your own country;
- or the FIN-NET member of the country of Your provider, which is the Financial Market Authority of Liechtenstein (FMA).
- Volvo Car Corporation is registered as a tied insurance intermediary with the Swedish Companies Registration Office under registration number 556074-3089. The register is available at Insurance intermediaries – Find company information (bolagsverket.se).
- Volvo Car Corporation holds a professional indemnity insurance covering liability arising from professional negligence, for at least EUR 1250 000 applying to each claim and in aggregate EUR 1 850 000 per year for all claims.
- Volvo Car Corporation and Helvetia Global Solutions Ltd have no holding, direct or indirect, representing 10% or more of the voting rights or of the capital in the respective companies.
- Volvo Car Corporation is not under contractual obligation to conduct insurance distribution business exclusively with Helvetia Global Solutions Ltd.
- Volvo Car Corporation, in its capacity as a tied insurance intermediary of Helvetia Global Solutions Ltd, is remunerated with a commission, i.e., the remuneration is included in the insurance premium.
